November 2022, Unthinkable Solutions LLP, Gurugram, was nominated Great Place To Work the second time in a row.

More than 10,000 organizations from over 60 countries, every year partner with Great Place to Work® Institute for assessment, benchmarking and planning actions to strengthen their workplace culture. Over 1000 organizations applied to Great Place to Work® Institute to undertake the assessment this year. This was considered to be the largest study in the space of Workplace Recognition.

GPTW has an objective methodology of assessing workplace culture, that has been adopted by thousands of organisations, globally. It primarily uses 2 lenses to evaluate and identify the best cultures. The first lens measures the quality of employee experience through our globally validated survey instrument known as Trust Index©. The survey helps in seeking anonymous feedback from employees. The second lens is called Culture Audit©, a proprietary tool of the Institute that evaluates the people practices of an organisation, covering the entire employee life-cycle.

As GPTW puts it, “This is a badge of honour that validates the employee experience you’ve created for your people and the great workplace culture you’ve built. It can help you recruit new employees, retain existing ones, open partnership opportunities and more.”

We are excited and honoured!

Even when the pandemic knocked at our doors and put the whole world to stand still, Unthinkable was always concerned about their employees. Various programs were initiated to support the employees who were stranded without any supplies and family members. Many were also granted extra leaves who suffered from the virus and for those who lost their loved ones.

Work from home norms was flexible with effective IT support, creating a healthy and positive working environment for the employees. Understanding that there are employees from different parts of the country so the work from home tenure was extended till the end of 2021. Various processes were set up to facilitate this long period of work from home.

To uplift the morale and to cure boredom many employee engagement programs were held. These programs were designed such that they demanded the involvement of family members, hence creating an environment of happiness in the homes of our employees.

During this time a program “Connect with your CEO” was held. This program was held by Mr Yogesh Agarwal, CEO, Unthinkable Solutions LLP, where he openly discussed the situation during the pandemic, the achievements attained by the organization and heard what the employees had to say. Everyone from a fresher to top management was heard and feedbacks were taken on how to further improve the processes and the overall working environment. Many innovative ideas were shared by employees and management, highlighting the transparency that we so value in our organization.

“Congratulations to everyone! We have collectively raised our individual and organisation brand value. Besides it reflects our trust in each other and that we are a formidable team that is ready for bigger and more meaningful milestones. I want to thank you all for making this possible again!” – Yogesh Agarwal, CEO, Unthinkable Solutions LLP.
