Unthinkable implemented a comprehensive performance testing strategy that improved Nykaa’s platform efficiency, reduced regression time, and ensured seamless load handling. Using Agile methodologies, we executed functional, automation, and performance testing in parallel.
Within three months, the user community network grew to 150K monthly visits and 250K subscribers, with 13K new members joining weekly. Our automation testing cut regression cycles from 15 days to under two days, reducing error rates by 99%. The cost and time associated with testing dropped significantly. Additionally, response times for the Q&A and shoppable video platforms were optimized to 1 and 1.6 seconds, respectively, ensuring a seamless user experience.
