What You’ll Do

Product Knowledge and Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our Edtech products and services, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages and educate clients on the value proposition of our offerings and provide product demonstrations as needed.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships and act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction

Account Growth and Acquisition: Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients and gradually will be responsible for new client acquisition and retention

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients

Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, account activities, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems and provide regular reports to management

What You’ll Bring To The Table

Proven experience of Minimum 3 years in B2B account management

Sound understanding of the Edtech industry, including emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities

Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decisions
