The Opportunity


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. You’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a deep understanding of the IT services market.

Timings: 1.00 pm – 11.00 pm


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting activities
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including creating and delivering presentations and proposals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions
  • Track and report on sales activity and progress using CRM tools


Must Have:


  • 5+ years of experience in sales, specifically in the IT services industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets


Good To have


  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
