Business Unit Head – Digital Commerce

The Opportunity

We are looking for Business Unit Head to lead our Digital Commerce vertical (Globally). The person should be a subject matter expert in the domain and should have a clear understanding of the industry. The individual will be a part of our leadership team and will be responsible for growing the digital commerce practice within Unthinkable.

What you’ll do

• Packaging/Solutioning: Package our digital commerce services into accurately defined and marketable solutions according to the client needs
• Sales Enablement: Identifying global market needs, participating in designing campaigns, producing quality collateral and enabling sales teams to drive business opportunities from new or existing clients
• Thought Leadership: Research and identify latest and future trends in the digital commerce industry and share thought provoking ideas and solutions with internal teams and to the world at large. Remain active in the business community through various channels including conferences, meetups, blogging, etc.
• Talent Development: Attract, retain and grow consultants in the digital commerce domain to build a high-performance team.
• Delivery Management: Manage delivery, associated risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, defining delivery frameworks etc.
• Partnerships & Associations: Be responsible for relevant partnerships and associations that help us to establish our credibility in the digital commerce vertical
