We are looking for an IT Manager who will be a part of our Hardware and Networking team and be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization’s IT infrastructure ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
Set performance objectives and monitor individual and team progress.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
Develop and implement strategies for efficient asset management, including hardware, software, and licenses.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
Monitor and track the lifecycle of IT assets, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
Possess a strong knowledge of various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, Linux, etc.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in operating systems.
Provide expert advice and support to team members on operating system-related issues, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth functioning of systems, networks, and infrastructure.
Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance and data security.
Contribute to the development of the IT department’s annual budget and monitor expenditures.
Assist in long-term IT planning, identifying technology needs and recommending upgrades or enhancements.
