We are looking for an IT Admin who will be a part of our Hardware and Networking team and be responsible for maintaining our organization’s IT infrastructure ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
Monitor and track the lifecycle of IT assets, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
Possess a strong knowledge of various operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, Linux, etc.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in operating systems.
Provide expert advice and support to team members on operating system-related issues, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Provide application software installation and support for different technologies such as PHP, Java, JS, Python, Development IDE, Microsoft Office, Sketch and Other Utility software’s as per user request
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth functioning of Laptops, Mobiles Devices, Mac systems and other IT assets such as Headphone, CCTV, Audio Video Conferencing systems and Telephone systems.
Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and SOP, ensuring compliance and data security.
Provide SLA bound support using Ticketing system to all the employees
