We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Onsite Coordinator to train school staff on our ERP platform and manage its operations. This is an entry-level position and an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain valuable experience.
Provide thorough training to school staff on the usage and features of the ERP platform.
Offer continuous handholding support to users to facilitate the adoption and effective use of the platform.
Resolve user queries and issues promptly to ensure a seamless experience.
Maintain active communication and coordination with the head office to convey user feedback, challenges, and suggestions.
Monitor and ensure timely collection of payments from allocated clients.
Strive to achieve upsell and cross-sale targets within the assigned client base.
Focus on maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Technical acumen and ability to learn new software quickly
