We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Presales Consultant who will help the Sales team to support new business development efforts to meet current and projected business needs.
What You’ll Do
Conducting research into the industry, keeping in mind the client requirements, business problems and competition
Actively contribute in client engagements for business process mapping and requirement workshops
Work collaboratively with cross functional teams, in order to communicate a clear understanding of the business requirements and solution
Ability to elicit requirements, identify solutions and respond to RFI, RFP, Provocation or Salesforce solution viewpoint
Provide thought leadership and innovation, advising internal groups and leading initiatives on business operations excellence
Who will be a good fit
Sound knowledge of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Community Cloud etc.
