The Opportunity

 

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (Salesforce) to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves identifying and acquiring new clients for our Salesforce solutions. This individual will be an experienced professional with a proven track record of success in business development and sales, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Timings: 1.00 pm – 11.00 pm

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting activities
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including creating and delivering presentations of our Salesforce solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions
  • Track and report on sales activity and progress using CRM tools

 

Must Have

 

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and closing deals, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and its capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Good To Have

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field
  • Salesforce certifications
