The Opportunity

 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Key Accounts Manager, who will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Build a complete understanding of the client’s needs and expectations
  • Develop a long-term and trusting relationship with key stakeholders
  • Resolving client’s key issues and complaints
  • Managing communication between client and internal stakeholders
  • Staying on top of client’s needs, vision, IT roadmap and any anticipated deviations
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the account, their business, and key stakeholders
  • Improving per account revenue by effective up-selling and cross-selling
  • Grab a higher share of client’s annual IT spend by pitching relevant services and broadening their required product portfolio base
  • Track delivery timelines and quality to ensure the highest quality of deliverables are being produced on time
  • Presenting reports to senior management on account progress, goals and quarterly initiatives
