We are looking for an experienced Senior Key Accounts Manager, who will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
What You’ll Do
Build a complete understanding of the client’s needs and expectations
Develop a long-term and trusting relationship with key stakeholders
Resolving client’s key issues and complaints
Managing communication between client and internal stakeholders
Staying on top of client’s needs, vision, IT roadmap and any anticipated deviations
Develop an in-depth understanding of the account, their business, and key stakeholders
Improving per account revenue by effective up-selling and cross-selling
Grab a higher share of client’s annual IT spend by pitching relevant services and broadening their required product portfolio base
Track delivery timelines and quality to ensure the highest quality of deliverables are being produced on time
Presenting reports to senior management on account progress, goals and quarterly initiatives
