As Continua Kids scaled its pediatric care services across more than 30 centers in multiple cities, they faced growing operational challenges. Their existing systems were unable to support the increasing demand, leading to fragmented communication, scattered progress reports, and limited visibility for parents into their child’s developmental journey. Therapists, too, were spending excessive time on administrative tasks, which impacted their ability to focus on care delivery.
Managing operations across diverse locations added another layer of complexity. Each center followed its own workflow, and there was no centralized system to track patient progress, manage appointments, or ensure consistent care standards across the network.
