What You''ll Do

  • Lead Generation- Generate new leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach
  • Lead Qualification- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and pain points
  • Customer Relationship Management- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers
  • Sales Pipeline Management- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, keeping track of leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, emails, and meetings, using CRM software.

What You'll Bring To The Table

  • Proven experience of Minimum 1 years in inside sales/cold calling
  • Strong proficiency in cold calling techniques, with the ability to engage prospects, build rapport, and effectively communicate the value of products and services
  • Knowledge of the IT services industry and its current trends is a plus.
