He is passionate about solving real-life problems through technology. He is also passionate about fair and just treatment to animals and contributes actively to the Animal Welfare Board of India (AWBI).

With over 18 years of experience, Siddharth drives growth and strategic partnerships on a global scale. He focuses on expanding international business opportunities, forging strong alliances, and deepening customer relationships. A seasoned professional, he has a proven track record of accelerating revenue growth, fostering collaborations, and achieving business expansion in dynamic and competitive markets.

Leading the global marketing initiatives at Unthinkable Solutions, Kartik is a technology enthusiast with experience in digital marketing, direct marketing and deploying content across various media platforms. A postgraduate in International Marketing from Humber College, Canada, Kartik is a technology marketing professional who has managed and built brands from Startups to Fortune 100 brands for over a decade.

With over 18 years of experience and an agile practitioner with a strong yearning for learning, Manoj has demonstrated a history of working in various verticals and technologies in software services. Proven in delivering more than 100 projects to clients from varying geographic regions, Manoj also has an excellent track record of winning business by working closely with pre-sales and sales teams. He is currently heading the practice around JS stack (Angular, React and Node).

With over 17 years of experience in consulting DevOps, Cloud and mobile app development, Gaurav heads the Research and Development at Unthinkable. An innovative thought leader with exceptional ability to build new or revive existing products and drive transformational outcomes at a highly competitive cost and schedule. Experience in establishing CI/CD pipeline, deployment automation, and containerization. He has strong team-building skills with distinguished abilities in leading and managing teams.

Ravin has over 9 years of experience in the design industry, he brings a rare blend of creativity, precision, and leadership to every project. Beginning his journey as a UX Designer and now thriving as a Product Design Manager, he has continually driven user-centered innovation and impactful design strategies.

Amit holds an experience of 18 years in setting up the CoE practice and working on ECM, RPA, Enterprise Scanning, Solution Architecture and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). An alumnus of the IIM Calcutta with a specialization in Global Business Management and Information Technology, he has served in various capacities as a Project Manager, Program Manager and Architect before being entrusted with the present responsibility of heading as ECM & RPA Practice.

Amit Singh has over 19 years of experience in technology leadership, Amit drives innovation and excellence across product development and delivery. As a seasoned practice head with deep expertise in QA and web services, he oversees multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery, optimized effort utilization, and consistent quality outcomes.

Aswathy has over 9 years of experience in driving operational excellence and business transformation, she has been instrumental in streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Through strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making, she has successfully led initiatives that enhance productivity, optimize workflows, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
