Business Situation and Requirements
Veridoc Global had been developing Veridoc Sign, a software designed to add electronic signatures to high-priority documents. Our team improved document creation and management by making it easy to upload files and add signature placeholders, text, and QR codes. Users can drag and drop elements such as signatures, initials, and dates with ease. Formatting issues were resolved, and fonts are now consistent. Every action in the document workflow is tracked with timestamps for better visibility.
We also enhanced document security and verification to reduce the risk of fraud. Signed documents are stored securely, and users can sign using different methods, including typing, drawing, or uploading signatures. - Scanning the QR code and performing verification checks generates the original document.
- Enables a final visual comparison to ensure authenticity and security.
Subscription Plans Workflow
- Created a subscription page with multiple service-level options for Veridoc Sign customers.
- Plans include Free Trial, Standard, Pro, and Advanced tiers.
- Subscription tiers are based on the number of documents that can be uploaded and e-signed.
- Users can view and manage their subscription status.
