Veridoc Global had been developing Veridoc Sign, a software designed to add electronic signatures to high-priority documents. The solution aimed to simplify administrative tasks and speed up document verification across various industries, increasing efficiency and reducing delays in critical processes.
As the product evolved, the company recognized the need to release features faster while addressing existing issues. They decided to grow their in-house team by bringing in senior technical experts who could tackle complex challenges and enhance the software’s functionality.
VeriDoc partnered with Unthinkable to bring in experienced technical experts and strengthen their existing team. The goal was to speed up product development and enhance the functionality of VeriDoc Sign.
Key requirements included:
Make it easy to add flexible document elements and placeholders in the Document Creator.
Ensure that formatting, fonts, and styles stay consistent with the original document.
Prevent e-signatures from getting distorted during processing and verification.
Provide a simple and user-friendly portal for uploading documents for signing and verification.
Allow quick access to signer profiles for easy and fast verification.
Build key modules and fix existing issues within the planned development timeline.
