Veridoc Global had been developing Veridoc Sign, a software designed to add electronic signatures to high-priority documents. Solution

Our team improved document creation and management by making it easy to upload files and add signature placeholders, text, and QR codes. Users can drag and drop elements such as signatures, initials, and dates with ease. Formatting issues were resolved, and fonts are now consistent. Every action in the document workflow is tracked with timestamps for better visibility.

We also enhanced document security and verification to reduce the risk of fraud. Signed documents are stored securely, and users can sign using different methods, including typing, drawing, or uploading signatures. Each signature is linked to a user profile, and QR codes enable quick verification. Subscription plans were added, making it simple for users to manage access and billing.
